A toilet brush comprising a handle and a head; the head comprises an upper surface which connects the handle with a longitudinal axis, a lower surface opposite to the handle, and a lower rim which defines a plane; the longitudinal axis forms an acute angle with the plane of the cleaning head; the lower surface comprises a cavity surrounded by a flange, on which flange the lower rim is defined; in design no. 1, transverse protrusions are formed in the cavity.
