The appearance of the animation sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines illustrate a portion of a display screen and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a beverage dispenser display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
