Description

The inventive design of the animated graphical user interface transitions sequentially between the images of FIGS. 1-10. The process or time for transition from one image to another of FIGS. 1-10 forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost uneven-length broken lines of FIGS. 1-10 illustrate a display screen or portion thereof, in an environment of use of the design with an electronic device, and form no part of the claimed design. The even-length broken lines within the display screen or portion thereof, FIGS. 1-10 illustrate portions of the graphical user interface, and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
