Flooring underlayment

Description

FIG. 1 is a line drawing of a top plan view of flooring underlayment in accordance with the present Design, the exemplary range of the color blue of the surface of the flooring underlayment identified by the horizontal line pattern is Pantone PMS-2706 to Pantone PMS-324;

FIG. 2 is a line drawing of a top plan view of a flooring underlayment showing a first exemplary variant of the Design;

FIG. 3 is a line drawing of a top plan view of a flooring underlayment showing a second exemplary variant of the Design; and,

FIG. 4 is a line drawing of a top plan view of a flooring underlayment showing a third exemplary variant of the Design.

The horizontal line pattern of FIG. 1 does not constitute a feature of the Design. It is included for illustrative purposes only to define the blue surface of the Design.

The v pattern in solid lines in the Figures represents a cork texture, wherein the feature of ornament of the Design includes a cork texture.

The stippled line portions do not form part of the design.

The Design resides in the feature of ornament of a blue surface and interspaced cork particles in flooring underlayment of indefinite length and width as shown in the Figures. The shape and configuration of the cork particles, shown in stippled lines, do not form part of the design. Color forms part of the claimed design. A range of the color blue of the surface of the flooring underlayment is Pantone PMS-2706 to Pantone PMS-324 as described with respect to FIG. 1, and as illustrated in the exemplary variants shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. The feature of ornament of cork particles bound to a blue surface repeats throughout the length and width of the article.
