The subject design is a buckle member for attaching a strap connected to a bag, a backpack or the like, wherein one side adjusts the strap to fit the body part of the user and the other side can be fixed by connecting two straps at one position at the same time or it can be configured in a length-adjustable form. The subject design comprises two straps that can be set arbitrarily for each strap.
