The broken line showing cable loops, casters, and wheels in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8; and the axle in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
