FIG. 6 is a fragmentary enlarged view showing the details of the sidewall defined by lines 6-6 and 6-6 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a cross-section view taken along line 7-7 between 7-7 in FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view taken along line 8-8 between 8-8 in FIG. 6.
