Description

FIG. 1 is a front isometric view of an ultraviolet radiation surface disinfection device in accordance with the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof with the door closed;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 through 4 are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the ultraviolet radiation surface disinfection device that form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines and the unshaded surfaces form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an ultraviolet radiation surface disinfection device, as shown and described.
