FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my design used with a horizontal support member;

FIG. 2 is a second perspective view thereof, in an alternate condition of use;

FIG. 3 is a third perspective view thereof used with a vertical support member; and,

FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view thereof showing the concealment cap removed from the cable tensioning mechanism used with a horizontal support member.
