Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with panoramic view in accordance with a first embodiment of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with panoramic view in accordance with a second embodiment of the invention; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with panoramic view in accordance with a third embodiment of the invention.

The broken lines in each FIGURE show the display screen or portion thereof and the remainder of the graphical user interface for the purpose of illustrating environment and form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with panoramic view, as shown and described.
