FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the horse racing blinker.

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line showing of the horse head is for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a horse racing blinker, as shown and as described.
