FIG. 2 is rear left perspective view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front view of the design shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the design shown in FIG. 1, the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the medical equipment and form no part of the claimed design.
