FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bicycle parking rack showing my new design in accordance to a first embodiment;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a bicycle parking rack showing my new design in accordance to a second embodiment;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a bicycle parking rack showing my new design in accordance to a third embodiment;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof;

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the bike parking rack that form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a bicycle parking rack, as shown and described.
