Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof.

The broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The outer rectangle in broken lines is included to show a portion of the display screen and forms no part of the claimed design. The portions of the graphical user interface shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3.

The subject matter of this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen with a transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
