Description

FIG. 1 illustrates a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing our new design.

FIG. 2 illustrates a second image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 3 illustrates a third image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 4 illustrates a fourth image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 5 illustrates a fifth image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 6 illustrates a sixth image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 7 illustrates a seventh image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 8 illustrates an eighth image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 9 illustrates a ninth image in the sequence of the design.

FIG. 10 illustrates a tenth image in the sequence of the design.

The appearance of the animated images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-12. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken line perimeter shows a display screen or portion hereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines show portions of the article or environment and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
