Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an apparel article with design elements according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the apparel article of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 1-2;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 1-3;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 1-4;

FIG. 6 is a top view of the apparel article of FIGS. 1-5; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the apparel article of FIGS. 1-6.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of another embodiment of an apparel article with design elements according to my new design claiming just the orientation of the design elements with respect to one another (e.g., orientation of a provenance portion design element on a waist location of the apparel article and a pre-worn athlete's apparel article design element on a shoulder location of the apparel article);

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of the apparel article of FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 8-9;

FIG. 11 is a left side elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 8-10;

FIG. 12 is a right side elevation view of the apparel article of FIGS. 8-11;

FIG. 13 is a top view of the apparel article of FIGS. 8-12; and

FIG. 14 is a bottom view of the apparel article of FIGS. 8-13.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view of another embodiment of an apparel article with design elements according to my new design, claiming only the apparel article and the positioning of a provenance portion design element thereon;

FIG. 16 is a front elevation view of the apparel article of FIG. 15;

FIG. 17 is a rear elevation of the apparel article of FIGS. 15-16;

FIG. 18 is a left side elevation of the apparel article of FIGS. 15-17;

FIG. 19 is a right side elevation of the apparel article of FIGS. 15-18;

FIG. 20 is a top of the apparel article of FIGS. 15-19; and

FIG. 21 is a bottom of the apparel article of FIG. 15-20.

FIG. 22 is a front elevation view of the provenance portion design element from FIGS. 1-7 and 15-21; and

FIG. 23 is a perspective view of the provenance portion design element of FIG. 22.

FIG. 24 is a front elevation view of another embodiment of a provenance portion design element which could alternatively be used on the apparel articles of FIGS. 1-7 and 15-21; and,

FIG. 25 is a perspective view of the provenance portion design element of FIG. 24.

Any portions of the apparel article with design elements shown in broken lines in the figures depict unclaimed environmental subject matter, are for illustrative purposes only, and form no part of the claimed design. Similarly, unshaded portions that appear between broken lines or beyond boundary or break lines in the figures form no part of the claimed design. For example, in FIGS. 8-14, boundary lines are added to disclaim content within the design elements and to show that only a portion of the apparel article around each design element is being claimed.

It will be understood that all lines in the drawings, including broken and solid lines, are understood to be fully described herein.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for an apparel article, as shown and described.
