FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The design consists of the features of the shape, ornament, pattern, and configuration of a liquid dispenser, as shown in the drawings. In the drawings, the broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the liquid dispenser that forms no part of the claimed design. In each of the drawings shown in FIGS. 1-7, the thin elongated broken lines represent contours only and do not illustrate an ornamentation or decoration on the surface of the liquid dispenser.
