FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined maternity and nursing pajamas showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, a left side elevational view being a mirror image of the right side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of the same combined maternity and nursing pajamas as shown in FIGS. 1-5 but in which a portion of the pajamas is shown as transparency (which forms no part of the claimed design) to convey the hidden bra which is sewn onto the gown of the combined maternity and nursing pajamas;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of the combined maternity and nursing pajamas of FIG. 3 but in which a portion of the pajamas is shown as transparency (which forms no part of the claimed design) to convey layering of material, inside waist ornamental design, the separation of side seam from inner garment and the outer garment; and,

FIG. 8 is a front elevational partial view of the combined maternity and nursing pajamas of FIGS. 1-5 in which the pajama blouse is lifted and a flap of the bra is opened for nursing.
