Description

FIG. 2 is a second view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a fifth view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a sixth view thereof.

The outermost broken-line rectangle in FIGS. 1-6 illustrates a display screen or a portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphic user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
