FIG. 1 is a top, front, right perspective view of a pumping device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the pumping device which form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a pumping device, as shown and described.
