FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a cannula release device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view thereof.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the cannula release device that form no part of the claimed design.
