FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing a first image of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sixth image thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a seventh image thereof.

The dot-dash broken lines illustrate a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-7. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken line illustrates both the unclaimed display screen and the boundary of the claimed design. The negative space bounded by dot-dash broken line in FIGS. 1 and 7, and by extension FIGS. 2-6 forms a part of the claim and the transition in appearance.
