FIG. 1 is a color photographic front view of the pan with the lid, the rear side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a color photographic top view of FIG. 1 with the lid; and,

The bottom of the pan is flat and unornamented. The handles, brackets and the lid of the pan form part of the claimed design. However, any view of the brackets and handles not shown in the Figures is disclaimed and forms no part of the claimed design.

The pan of the invention has decorative textured surfaces comprising a rough slate finish on the inner (food contacting) surface and on the exterior surface thereof as shown in the photographs.
