FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial view of the right side of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface as shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line at the perimeter of the figure illustrates the display screen or portion thereof, the center dashed line in the figure illustrates a break between FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, and the remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
