Only one of a bilaterally symmetrical pair is illustrated; the convex arched fine lines, the points in the front perspective view, the concave arched fine lines, the points, the inclined substantially parallel fine lines and the points in the back perspective view are lines and points representing the shape of a three-dimensional surface; the adhesive breast pad is worn mainly by a male; the adhesive breast pad comprises: a breast pad portion for covering one of a right and left pair of pectoral major muscles; a shoulder pad portion arranged correspondingly to one of a right and left pair of trapezoid muscles and a belt portion connecting the breast pad portion and the shoulder pad portion, through one of right and left shoulders; at least the breast pad portion and the shoulder pad portion have an adhesive inner surface (rear surface); when the breast pad portion and the shoulder pad portion are detachable adhered to a wearer' body, the breast pad portion and the shoulder pad portion provide an appearance of a well-developed pectorals major muscle, while the breast pad portion and the shoulder pad portion can surely follow movement of the body.
