Description

The FIGURE is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface according to my design.

The large broken line rectangle and all broken lines outside that rectangle show a device and display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design. All broken lines within the display screen or portion thereof show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.
