The specific placement of the perimeter sensor housing in FIGS. 22 and 23 on the exemplary vehicles are for illustrative purposes only and do not limit placement of the perimeter sensor housing to a specific location on a vehicle or other object.

The embodiments illustrate the perimeter sensor housing for use on a first side of a vehicle or other object. Other corresponding embodiments of the perimeter sensor housing are mirror images of the illustrated embodiments. An example of such a mirror image arrangement is presented in the exemplary perspective views of FIG. 23.
