These drawings show a anaerobic digester for treatment of food waste; The egg digester is shown on the LHS; Food waste is deposed of in the sink on top of the cabinet on the RHS; It is macerated along with water from the tap; The macerated food waste is stored in a balance tank inside the cabinet; It is dosed into the egg digester and converted into biogas and liquid bio-fertilizer; The biogas can be used for cooking and heating and the liquid bio-fertilizer can be used for growing more food; The unit is automated and insulated.
