FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a rear perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 13 is a top plan view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 14 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 9; and,

FIG. 15 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 9.

The broken lines showing a child and a high-chair in FIG. 1 depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 6 and 13 represent unclaimed portions of the inside surface of the integrated long-sleeved smock and high chair tray cover that form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines represent stitching, and are part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an integrated long-sleeved smock and high chair tray cover, as shown and described.
