Description

FIG. 1 is a top front perspective view of an intravenous Y-shaped adapter showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 9-9 in FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a reduced top front perspective view thereof, wherein the intravenous Y-shaped adapter is shown with a pair of universal vial fasteners and snap cap vial adapters;

FIG. 11 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a right elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 13-13 in FIG. 12.

The broken lines showing a twist-lock flow mechanism in FIGS. 1, 5, 9-10, and 13, and the broken lines showing a pair of universal vial fasteners and snap cap vial adapters in FIGS. 10-13 are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. The rectangular shaped area shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, and 12 are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the intravenous Y-shaped adapter and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an intravenous Y-shaped adapter, as shown and described.
