The present new ornamental design relates to a portion of an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane for subfloors; long and short side views of the membrane are mirror images each other; the membrane is a sheet made of plastic material, e.g. polypropylene or polyethylene, including protrusions with triangular or circular cross-section, on a first face and corresponding recesses on an opposite second face; the sheet is coupled with a non-woven fabric on the first face.

The ornamental design for a portion of an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane for subfloors, as shown and described.
