FIG. 1 is a front, top, right side, isometric view of a handle for a cleaning device in accordance with my design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the handle for a cleaning device, wherein the rear elevation view is a mirror image of the front elevation view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the handle for a cleaning device;
