The outermost broken line perimeter illustrates a display, screen, or the like or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines illustrate features of a display screen with animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 in the first embodiment and the images shown in FIGS. 4-6 in the second embodiment. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
