Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of an electronic device having a display showing the first image in a sequence according to the present design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof.

The broken lines at the periphery in FIGS. 1-3 show an electronic device having a display and form no part of the claimed design. The sharp-cornered broken-line rectangle within shows the perimeter of the display and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken-line linear features within this perimeter show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed-line text forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the electronic device display or portion thereof with a graphical user interface transitions sequentially from FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The hatched portion of the graphical user interface as shown in FIGS. 1-3 illustrates a contrast in appearance.

The ornamental design for an electronic device display or portion thereof with a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
