The broken-line linear features within this perimeter show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed-line text forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the electronic device display or portion thereof with a graphical user interface transitions sequentially from FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The hatched portion of the graphical user interface as shown in FIGS. 1-3 illustrates a contrast in appearance.
