FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wearable flag having a hood and a pouch for storing the hood, according to our design, shown in use with environmental subject matter of an exemplary user opening his/her arms wearing a hood portion over his/her head and a flag portion with an attached pouch portion in an open state over his/her back by inserting his/her fingers through a pair of loops included at two corners of the flag portion, respectively.
