In the first embodiment, the appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 4 to 5. In the third embodiment, the appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 6 through 10. In the fourth embodiment, the appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 11 through 14. In the fifth embodiment, the appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 15 through 18. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings.

The wearable electronic device with transitional graphic user interface is flat. The undisclosed sides, top, bottom, and rear views are not part of the claimed design.
