Abstract: A new and distinct variety of rose plant of the Miniature Class is provided which abundantly forms on a uniform basis attractive long-lasting double blossoms which are of a very stable Peach/Apricot coloration. The plant is well adapted to forcing while grown in small containers, and is particularly well suited for use as a flowering pot plant when grown indoors or outdoors. Additionally, the plant is not particularly affected by cryptogamic diseases.

Such blossoms are long lasting and their cleaning ability is excellent. The plant exhibits a bushy growth habit, very vigorous vegetation, very leathery foliage, and is particularly well suited for growing in parks and gardens. Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which forms attractive fully double yellow blossoms on very long stems. The blossoms are Primrose Yellow and are more or less suffused with pale Aureolin Yellow. The buds are very large. The blossoms are very long lasting when cut and placed in a vase and their cleaning ability is good. The plant exhibits an upright growth habit, vigorous dark green vegetation, and particularly is suited for cut flower production under greenhouse growing conditions. Also, the new variety exhibits excellent disease resistance.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a plum tree and more particularly to a new and distinct variety broadly characterized by a medium size, vigorous, and medium productive tree, which requires cross pollinization. The fruit matures under the ecological conditions described in mid August, with first picking on Aug. 3, 1992, and the last picking on Aug. 18, 1992. The fruit is uniformly medium in size, clingstone in type, shiny green in skin color, attractively oblate in shape, exceptionally sweet in flavor, very crisp in texture, and excellent in keeping and shipping quality. The variety was developed as a second generation open pollinated seedling of Black Beaut (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 3,617).

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of grapevine which is somewhat remotely similar to the "Superior Seedless" grapewine with which it is most closely related, but from which it is distinguished by producing fruit which are mature for harvesting and shipment approximately eleven days prior to the fruit produced by "Superior Seedless" grapevine, or approximately May 25 in the Coachella Valley of California and which has a larger, rounder berries and bunches with longer shoulders.

The Infectious/Medical Waste Containment Carrier consists of three integral functional components:1. A coextruded polyethylene tube with walls of a given thickness.2. A closure pouch with a self-contained tie cord.3. A bottom seal of dual thermo-sealed bars with enforced cross members and air pockets.Once the bottom seal is applied to the coextruded polyethylene tube the tube becomes a bottom closed container. An exercise cycle utilizing a pedal and crank and sprocket to drive a chain to a front mounted plastic wheel which employs a plurality of blades to form a fan to provide air resistance when the wheel is rotated. Additionally, the hub of the wheel is contacted with a strap to cover a significant portion of the circumference of the wheel whereby the strap may be tightened to increase the frictional resistance between the strap and the hub of the wheel to provide additional resistance when the front wheel is rotated by means of an exerciser pedaling the exercise cycle. A heat dissipation band covers the circumference of the wheel to dissipate heat due to the frictional resistance of the strap.

Abstract: A device for unplugging drains comprises an elongated body defining therein a longitudinal bore and including a pair of opposed end sections each adapted to threadably receive a standard hose and provided with two different configurations of L-shaped lugs for connection to various drain pipe strainers. The device defines central outside threaded sections with an enlarged nut being engaged thereon. Between the central threaded sections and both the end sections are defined smooth annular neck sections adapted to receive a resilient annular member for sealing the mouth of the drain pipe when the device is mounted to the strainer thereof. Water supplied by the hose through the bore of the device provides water pressure in the drain pipe for unclogging the same. Various adapters which can be fitted to the end sections of the device are contemplated for allowing the device to be used with further drain configurations and also with compressed air.

Abstract: An automatic flushing apparatus includes an electromagnetic valve, an electrical controlling apparatus in conjunction with the electromagnetic valve for effecting an automatic flushing operation. A first closed tank communicates to the outlet tube of the electromagnetic valve. An upright cylindrical tank is connected to the first closed tank and has a tube member extending inwardly from a central opening at the top end of the cylindrical tank. A piston member is slidably received in the tube member and is biased by a coil spring. A second closed tank contains an antiseptic solution and communicates to the tube member of the cylindrical tank by means of a connecting pipe. The connecting pipe has a branch pipe with an elastic rubber nipple member connected to the first closed tank. A check valve assembly is provided in the connecting pipe, which permits the antiseptic solution to flow from the second closed tank into the connecting pipe when the piston member is moved downward.
