Abstract: A multi-channel electronic waveform recorder, for storing waveform data and time of occurrence information, i.e., a "time-tag", for each stored value of an input waveform, is disclosed. Specifically, each channel of the waveform recorder compares a previously stored value of a corresponding input signal to a current value .Iadd.of that signal.Iaddend., and .[.stores.]. .Iadd.is able to store .Iaddend.the current value whenever the difference between the input signal and the previously stored value is a predetermined amount. .Iadd.Each or any selected sub-set of all the channels, through an appropriate switch setting, can determine points in time when, in response to the difference occurring for that channel, all the channels will simultaneously store the current value of these respective input signals. .Iaddend.
Abstract: A compact self-contained trim and tilt unit for a marine outboard drive that can be nested between the supporting brackets of the outboard drive so that all components are protected and so that external piping is avoided.
Abstract: A hypodermic syringe has a generally cylindrically tubular body extending along an axis and having an axial front end formed with a radially outwardly projecting annular bead, a piston axially displaceable in the body, a plug having a rearwardly directed flange fitting complementarily over the front end of the body at the bead and forwardly blocking the body, and a flat soft seal ring compressed axially between the plug and the front end of the body. The body has a rear end provided with a finger-rest crosspiece and the piston is provided with a plunger projecting axially out the rear end past the crosspiece.
Abstract: A body part protective guard is configured to overlie a body part to be protected. The guard includes an outer layer made of a force resistant, resiliently deformable material and having a backing layer made from an impact absorbing material coupled thereto for padding the outer layer. The outer layer includes a central strip portion, first and second integrally formed step portions located on opposite sides of the central strip portion, a first side portion formed integrally with the first step portion, and a second side portion formed integrally with the second step portion. The first and second step portions are each configured to provide a resilient flexure coupling between the central strip portion and the first and second side portions, respectively, to transfer an impact force occurring on the central strip portion to the first and second side portions, thereby reducing the magnitude of the impact force transferred to a portion of the backing layer adjacent the central strip portion.
Abstract: A face mask formed of an impact resistant plastic material comprises interconnected horizontal and vertical bars and panel portions in arcuate configuration to surround the face of the wearer. Each bar is formed with front and rear outwardly curved surfaces which form boundaries of spaced apart, angularly related rib portions extending for the length of each bar.

Abstract: An outer garment to be worn by one or more people together, having an outer jacket with a pair of sleeves, and an inner jacket portion with one sleeve. The outer jacket and inner jacket are partially connected at the neck opening and partially connected at the waistband. The garment is convertible from an unexpanded configuration wearable by one person to an expanded configuration wearable by at least two people. In the unexpanded configuration, the one sleeve of the inner jacket portion is inserted by the wearer into one of the sleeves of the outer jacket. To change to the expanded configuration, a securing feature on the back of the outer garment is released allowing additional folded material to be unfolded into an expanded back portion. In addition, in another embodiment, when an inner panel is attached to the back portion of the outer jacket, two people can both be separately enveloped in their own garment. The expandable feature allows for ease of movement by the people wearing the garment.
Abstract: A size adjustable cap utilizing a new and improved size adjustment strap is disclosed. The size adjustable cap has an opening in the back of the cap between the cap and the size adjustment strap which extends across the opening. The size adjustment strap has one end secured to the cap in the vicinity of a sweatband that is internally attached to the cap proximate its lower margin. The size adjustment strap has a free end and extends through a complementary shaped slot provided in the cap in the vicinity of the sweatband on an opposite side of the cap opening to allow the size adjustment strap to pass through the complementary shaped slot for positionment between the sweatband and the cap. Cooperating adjustment fasteners are associated with the size adjustment strap and the sweatband for engagement with one another when the size adjustment strap is positioned between the sweatband and the cap. Preferably, the cooperating adjustable fasteners are loop and hook fasteners.
Abstract: A new and improved child's auxiliary toilet seat for a toilet includes a hinge pin assembly which includes a hinge pin and first hinge members connected to the toilet for receiving the hinge pin. A first toilet seat assembly has a large aperture for adults. A second toilet seat assembly includes a narrower aperture for children. The second seat portion includes a portion proximal to the water tank and a portion distal to the water tank. The second seat portion further includes a first side portion and a second side portion that extend between the proximal portion and the distal portion. The respective first side portion and the second side portion include respective leg supporting extension members which project toward each other from the respective first and second side portions, thereby narrowing the aperture for the children's use. A toilet seat cover covers the toilet seat assemblies.
Abstract: A plunger device for forcing waste through a drain line of a plumbing fixture. The plunger device generally comprises an elongate tubular member having a top end and a bottom end. Fluidly connected to the top end is a handle member which is adapted to be fluidly coupled to a water supply source. Fluidly connected to the bottom end is a plunger member which is sized and configured to be positionable over and form a fluid-tight seal about a drain opening of the fixture in a manner when water is directed from the supply source, through the plunger device, and into the drain line.
