Abstract: A system for providing multiple quality of service classes to a subscriber using a terminal unit includes a gateway operable to communicate with a network and a base station coupled to the gateway. The base station is operable to communicate with the terminal unit over a wireless interface. The base station is also operable to receive a first packet associated with a first application and a second packet associated with a second application from the gateway. The applications are executed by the terminal unit. The base station is further operable to identify a first quality of service class associated with the first packet and a second quality of service class associated with the second packet using quality of service information. The quality of service information is associated with the first and second applications, and at least a portion of the quality of service information is identified by a network address.

Abstract: This newly discovered asexually reproduced variety of zoysiagrass plant is a perennial having a superior rate of spreading with texture improved over common zoysiagrass, superior turf grass quality regarding compactness and low degree of thatch, and slightly darker than average green color.
Abstract: A new and distinct plum variety that possesses early ripening fruit which ripens evenly and has a mildly sweet taste is described. The fruit is not prone to fruit drop and has good keeping quality for the fresh market.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Diascia plant named ‘Codiap’, characterized by its upright and compact plant habit; freely and continuous branching; and numerous soft orange-colored flowers.
Abstract: A new miniature rose plant which has abundant, red flowers and attractive foliage. The variety successfully propagates from softwood cuttings and is suitable for year round production in commercial glasshouses. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.
Abstract: A new and distinct plum variety that produces very early-ripening fruit with a mildly sweet taste. The fruit flesh is pale yellow near the pit cavity and red throughout the rest of the flesh which darkens with ripening. The fruit is not prone to fruit drop and has good keeping quality for the fresh market.
Abstract: Minature rose plant having a deep yellow flower color; long shelf life; ease of propagation as an own-root cutting; and an ability to force well throughout the year.
Abstract: A distinct cultivar of Ficus plant named ‘000-G1’, characterized by its mostly upright habit when grown under full sun conditions and upright and outwardly spreading habit when grown under shade conditions; freely branching habit, full and dense plants; glossy variegated leaves; and undulate foliage.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named ‘Fismarble Silver’ characterized by having intense salmon-pink bract color with a narrow white margin; tight, relatively large inflorescence with slightly upward directed bracts; light greyish-green, white margined foliage; relatively compact and well-branched plant habit; medium (mid season) flowering response; and good after-sale keeping quality of the bracts and the cyathia.
Abstract: A new and distinct mid-season peach tree cultivar (i.e., Prunus persica) is provided that forms attractive highly blushed vertically flattened fruit. The fruit has semi-freestone white flesh that is sweet and juicy and of low acid content. The fruit commonly is larger and possesses slightly more red blush than the ‘N.J. F-2’ cultivar (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 5,123). Also, the fruit commonly matures at least three weeks later than the ‘N.J. F-2’ cultivar.
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Diascia plant named ‘Codiared’, characterized by its upright, somewhat outwardly spreading, and compact plant habit; freely and continuous branching; and numerous red purple-colored flowers.
Abstract: A new and distinct peach variety with large, firmly textured fruit, yellow flesh, and 50-70% red overcolor. The new variety ripens early in the season and has lower winter chilling requirements.
