Abstract: A carrier frame having an in-frame elastic constraint structure includes at least one elastic constraint structure, each of which is disposed in a predetermined position in an embracing space of the carrier frame. When a put-in module is put into the embracing space, the elastic constraint structure can be compressed and thereby deformed to produce a corresponding elastic force acting against the put-in module so as to restrict the motion of the put-in module within the embracing space. By providing the elastic constraint structure to the carrier frame, the put-in module can then be secured stably inside the embracing space.

When a cable is inserted into a cable passageway of a cable lock, the locking clamps secure the cable and prevent it withdrawal from the lock body. To remove the cable, the actuation means is deployed to move the lever arm, which engages and displaces the locking clamps along a sloped surface. (1316° C.) to about 5000° F. (2760° C.). Rapid gasification of a carbonaceous material with USS is indicated by the production of USS in a clear, colorless flame, and its enthalpy obviates the need for super-stoichiometric steam input. In a related aspect of the invention, gasification output per pound of steam as well as CO and H2 concentrations are increased by adding a relatively small amount of an oxygen-containing material such as cellulose to the input elemental carbon material, or by adding a relatively small amount of elemental carbon material such as coal to an input oxygen-containing material such as cellulose. A biasing mechanism positioned within the tube provides for adjusting the overall length of the tube. In one embodiment, a locking mechanism is located within the tube to prevent the telescoping members from moving relative to each other thus preventing the tube from being reduced in length and removed from first and second mounting assemblies and removed from the opening.

Abstract: A concrete block tong assembly which is designed to lift and transport a plurality of concrete blocks. The assembly is provided with three top tubes pivotally connected at one end thereof to one end of three bottom tubes. A lifting apparatus is operatively connected to the top three tubes whereupon upward movement of the top three tubes by the lifting mechanism will cause the top tubes to pivot with respect to the bottom tubes. A front plate is secured to one end of each of the top tubes for movement therewith and a back plate is longitudinally adjustably secured to each of the bottom tubes adjacent the other end thereof. A solenoid operated dead bolt is selectively movably mounted within each of the top tubes and is movable between extended and retracted positions. An upstanding support is provided on each of the bottom tubes adapted to receive the dead bolt of the associated top tube to lock the assembly in its open position.

The system drains off moisture and condensation collected in joints and on the rear wall of the panels, under circumstances where the primary exterior seal or cladding have failed. An elongated collection channel is attached in inclined relation to the rear wall of a panel. The channel includes a top cover, comprised of a trough having inclined walls and oval apertures. The lower end of the channel includes an end cap with a drain tube, connected to an upper, inner portion of a receptacle box. The receptacle box is located within a vertical joint between two adjacent panels. A lower, outer portion of the receptacle box has a one-way discharge valve. Also provided are intermediate joint gutters, having open tops and a discharge outlet positioned over the trough of a collection channel.
