Abstract: The invention is directed to fiber-reactive polymeric dyes, which comprise a dye covalently bound to a carboxyl-containing polymer. By “fiber-reactive” is meant that the polymeric dye will form a chemical covalent bond with the fiber, textile, or web to be treated, via functional groups for binding or attachment to the fibers of the webs to be dyed. The invention also encompasses textile dye preparations comprising a solution or suspension of the fiber-reactive polymeric dye. The resulting polymeric dye preparations have improved colorfastness and retention on the textile or web fiber structure, even after a large number of washings. The textiles or webs treated with the fiber-reactive dye are also included in the invention.

Abstract: An electric toothbrush is disclosed in which a brush body is simultaneously oscillated and reciprocated for brushing every gap between teeth. The electric toothbrush includes a casing main body, an arm extending above the casing main body, a brush body arranged in a top end of the arm, and an ultrasonic motor arranged in a top end inside of the arm for driving the brush body. An output shaft of the ultrasonic motor and the brush body are connected to each other by connecting piece. In this construction, the brush body is movable along the output shaft. The electric toothbrush further includes a reciprocating mechanism, which is provided between the arm and a holder of the brush body, and which reciprocates the brush body.

Abstract: An air sweeping apparatus having a head assembly, a debris conveyer and a receptacle. The head assembly includes a front skirt which is selectively positionable away from a surface to be cleaned to enable debris of different densities and sizes to be collected. After the front skirting of the head assembly is moved past debris, the debris becomes entrained within a flow of air formed by a line of pressurized air as it traverses the surface and the interior surface of the main chamber of the head assembly. Preferably the air flow in the head assembly is skewed with respect to the direction of travel to urge the entrained debris towards an output end of the main chamber. When debris reaches the output end of the main chamber it is transported to a debris receptacle by a low pressure conduit which discharges entrained debris into a first hopper or bin.

The bushing are press-fit into a top aperture and a bottom aperture of a bushing-attaching hole in a suspension cross-member, respectively. When each bushing is press-fit into the apertures there exists a predetermined clearance between the inner members. For fixing the suspension cross-member to vehicle body, a stud is inserted through the respective through holes and a nut is fitted onto a stud and screwed until the inner members abut each other.

The base plate includes tapered surfaces, preferably at longitudinally spaced positions. Once the base plate is secured, a portion of the handle is placed over the base plate and slid relative to the base plate whereupon the tapered surfaces coact with structure on the handle such that an interference fit is developed to draw the handle tight to the face of the door. With the handle in this position, one or more mechanical fasteners are driven into a body portion of the handle from a back side of the door.

The suspension component is of one-piece stretchable plastic construction. The suspension component has an open end consisting of a snap-lock recess with a passage formed in one extremity that accommodates the placement inside the snap-lock recess of an insertable hook disposed at its other extremity. A retaining bar is situated at the top edge of the snap-lock recess entrance, thereby constituting an engagement section after the insertable hook is slipped in and, furthermore, a pendant release button extends laterally parallel to the top side of the passage. The insertable hook has a curved back extremity that is angled upward and, furthermore, after the insertable hook is slipped into the snap-lock recess, the tip of the curved back extremity becomes engaged against the inner side of the retaining bar and the insertable hook cannot be drawn out to the rear.
