Abstract: The present invention relates to a reticule storage device. After the reticule storage device influxes external airs using a motor and a fan, it provides the external airs filtered by a filter to a reticule storage shelf in a chamber. According to the present invention, a nitrogen gas supply pipe is installed on one end of the chamber. In addition, the nitrogen gas supplier is installed to be connected from the nitrogen gas supplier to the reticule storage shelf. Several nitrogen gas supply nozzles are installed on an end portion of the nitrogen gas supply pipe, so that nitrogen gas is supplied to maintain a regular pressure in the chamber when a motor inflowing external airs is stopped. As a result, in case that an apparatus is stopped due to a problem of the apparatus for many hours, or an external voltage is not supplied due to a problem of the external problem, nitrogen gases may be purged in the apparatus.

Abstract: A system is disclosed for installing an insert within an aperture in a workpiece, the workpiece having a first side and a second side. The insert is the type in which a portion of the insert plastically deforms on the second side of the workpiece upon application of a linear force provided by a tool, thereby preventing withdrawal of the insert from the aperture. The insert comprises a sleeve member and an integral flange, where the flange has a larger diameter than the aperture. The disclosed installation system performs two actions. It causes the expansion of the sleeve and it also causes the flange of the insert to be fused or welded to the first side of the workpiece. The welded connection between the insert and the workpiece prevents any rotation or spinning of the insert within the workpiece, and increases the integrity of the insert-fastener connection.

Abstract: A method for determining an evaluation number which is representative of the quality of the dynamic sitting comfort of upholstered seat elements of a vehicle seat. A flexible measuring mat is applied to the upholstered seat element in a defined position and a matrix, which covers the surface, of force measuring sensors which operate without hysteresis is integrated into said measuring mat. A test person or a test body which behaves anthropomorphically in terms of oscillation is positioned on the vehicle seat. In order to carry out a measurement, this body/seat system is excited so as to oscillate, for example by traveling over a bad stretch of road. The signals supplied by the force measuring sensors are added with the same phase to form a composite signal. The frequency response of the body/seat system is determined from this composite signal.
