When arranged in the transport configuration, the bib-shaped structure is adapted to wrap around the drinking cup and utensils and form a 3-D volumetric structure that can be releasably fastened together (e.g. by button snaps, Velcro or the like) as a single, compact assembly and transported to a location remote from home. When arranged in the mealtime configuration, the bib-shaped structure can function as a bib supported upon the chest and about the neck of a child and protecting his or her clothing from soiling while the child is eating his or her meal using the drinking cup and utensils that were once contained within the reconfigurable mealtime accessory tote during its prior transport configuration.

Abstract: The changing garment protects the privacy of a wearer while removing or donning attire. The garment provides privacy by covering the wearer's body from view while the wearer changes his or her clothes underneath the garment. The garment includes a torso-covering portion, a lower portion covering the portion of the body not covered by the torso-covering portion, two sleeves attached to openings at the sides of the upper portion of the torso-covering portion. The sleeve openings at the torso are sufficiently large enough so that a person wearing the garment may retract their arms into the interior of the torso-covering portion. The sleeves are sufficiently long so that when a wearer's arms are pulled into the interior of the garment, the sleeves cover the sleeve openings so that the wearer's body is not visible to a prospective observer outside of the garment.

Abstract: A wearable air bag device formed by defining air inflating chambers in a jacket of a rider of a vehicle. An ECU, a battery, a rider separation detecting part, a main switch and a warning device are incorporated into the jacket. A wire is connected to a vehicle via a connecting terminal. When a rider who wears the jacket is separated from the vehicle, the wire which is connected to the vehicle is extended and a reel is rotated. Upon detecting a rotational angular speed of the reel, the ECU determines that the rider is separated when the rotational angular speed is large. Upon detection of the separation of the rider, ECU develops an air bag by operating an inflator.

Abstract: A glove, such as a work glove, an examining glove, or an operating glove, has a homogeneous body with a hand part and a cuff that is adjacent to the hand part. At least one gripping aid is provided on the outer surface of the cuff and at a distance from the rear edge of the cuff. This allows the gloves to be removed in an ergonomic and simple manner without any auxiliary means, even with a very short cuff, without the soiled or contaminated outer side coming into contact with the skin of the person wearing the glove. To this end, at least one gripping aid is arranged in the region of the glove covering the outer region of the wrist, when seen in the peripheral direction of the cuff.

Abstract: A main drain of a swimming pool has a housing, a removable cover, and one elongated opening formed therein. In one embodiment, the housing is oval in shape with the elongated opening running parallel to the major dimension of the housing to provide a single extended opening that would be difficult for a swimmer to obstruct. In an alternative embodiment, the elongated opening extends over a round cover and is H-shaped. Each elongated opening is formed to have an internally curved flange to provide a smooth edge and structural stiffness for the cover. The single extended opening with its smooth, rounded edges reduces the likelihood of entrapment and entanglement and allows large debris, such as leaves, to pass more easily into the main drain.

Abstract: A foldable wiper plate includes a first plate wing pivotable about a first axis, and a second plate wing pivotable about a second axis differing from the first axis. The first plate wing includes a first lock-in device that releasably interlocks the first plate wing with the second axis.

Abstract: A mitt having two different working surfaces and a multi-step process for collecting and removing lint, pet hair, and the like from target surfaces using the inventive mitt, are provided. The inventive mitt is made up of a hollow flexible body having a palm side surface coextensive with a back or rear side surface, with an open end for insertion of a hand into the hollow flexible body. The hollow flexible body has means on the palm side surface for gripping, pulling and collecting lint, pet hair, and the like on a target surface, and means on the back or rear side surface for picking up the collected lint, pet hair, and the like from the target surface.
