  • Patent number: 7438536
Abstract: The present invention provides a compressor capable of supplying a lubricating oil stably to the refrigerant suction side of a compression section even if a lubricating oil is discharged into an oil storage chamber with great force. In this compressor, the oil storage chamber is provided so that two chambers of a first oil storage chamber and a second oil storage chamber communicate with each other, the lubricating oil discharged from a separation chamber is received by the first oil storage chamber, and the lubricating oil is supplied from the second oil storage chamber to the refrigerant suction side of the compression section. Therefore, even if the oil surface of the first oil storage chamber is disturbed by the force of the lubricating oil discharged from the separation chamber, the lubricating oil can always be supplied stably without hindrance to the supply of lubricating oil to the refrigerant suction side of the compression section.

  • Patent number: 7438537
Abstract: A liquid additive injection pump for injecting a predetermined amount of a secondary fluid into a primary fluid stream wherein a fluid mixing chamber is disposed within the pump housing assembly. A gasket having at least one one-way valve is positioned between the pump assembly components and mixing chamber thereby allowing a primary fluid to pass through the pump assembly and into the mixing chamber where the introduction of a second fluid occurs. The mixed fluids are then discharged through an outlet. The one-way valve gasket assembly acts to prevent the mixed and/or secondary fluid from passing upstream of the gasket assembly and into the pump assembly.

  • Patent number: 7438540
Abstract: In a two-stage rotary compressor of the present invention, an oil supply hole connecting an oil reservoir on a bottom portion in a closed vessel to a suction port formed in a lower supporting member is provided in the lower supporting member attached to the lower side of a high stage side rotary compressing element, and a necessary amount of oil is supplied into return refrigerant gas sucked into the high stage side rotary compressing element through this oil supply hole. Thus an outer circumferential surface of a roller, which eccentrically rotates in a cylinder, is lubricated to protect it from wear. Additionally, the gas seal properties between an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and an outer circumferential surface of the roller and between a roller end surface and a partition plate and between a roller end surface and a cylinder end surface, are increased whereby the compression efficiency of the refrigerant gas can be improved.

  • Patent number: 7438548
Abstract: A mold for forming, molding or welding thermoplastic tubing extends through the aperture of an apertured spool supporting an RF energized coil to inductively heat a center section of the mold. A source of air is channeled through a manifold to flow about the center section of the mold and through the space between the mold and the aperture in the spool to rapidly cool the mold. Thermal chokes on each side of the center section of the mold impede heat transfer and a heat sink connected to each thermal choke serves to dissipate any heat build up. The spool may be translated along the center section of the mold to a predetermined location commensurate with a predetermined heat profile. The mold includes a passageway extending therethrough for receiving the tubing; by appropriate dimensioning, the passageway will accommodate the use of a mandrel to support the tubing to be formed, molded or welded.

When fitting a female connector 2 and the male connector 3 together, a connecting lever 23 is pivotally moved through an angle of about 90 degrees in a direction of arrow M, and then the slider 4 is advanced in a direction of arrow A. As a result, the female and male connectors 2 and 3 are completely fitted together, and also the interlocking male terminal 45 is connected to the interlocking female terminal 35, so that wires 5 are electrically connected respectively to wires 6. The interlocking female terminal 45 is formed integrally with the slider 4, and the interlocking female terminal 35 is formed integrally with the male connector 3, and therefore a lever fitting-type connector 1 can be reduced in size or length, and besides the number of the component parts thereof can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 7438572
Abstract: An electrical connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of conductive terminals received in the insulative housing, and an ejecting device. The insulative housing defines a slot for receiving an electrical card, and a groove at a side thereof. The ejecting device is assembled to and slidable along the groove. The ejecting device includes a push block, a guiding lever and a spring element. The push block forms a resilient arm which is lockable with a card hole of the electrical card. A rib is formed in the groove. When the electrical card moves along the groove of the insulative housing and is located on a final position, the resilient arm abuts against a top of the rib for preventing the resilient arm from moving downward. In such a way the electrical card is prevented from breaking off during movement and at a final position, ensuring reliable and stable data transmission.

Abstract: A housing (60) has two side walls (67) and a covering wall (66) that define a U-shaped channel for covering terminal fittings (20). The housing (60) is mounted on a printed-circuit board (90) so that the U-shaped channel and the circuit board (90) define a bag-shaped space (70). The U-shaped channel of the housing (60) and the circuit board (90) are accommodated in a case (30) so that the bag-shaped space (70) faces down. A potting material (40) then is introduced into the case (30). Air vents (73) are formed through the covering wall (66) and provide communication between the bag-shaped space (70) and an outer surface of the covering wall (66).
