Abstract: The piston 32 and cylinder 30 of a torque wrench 18 are provided with pressurised fluid from a source 12 through an advance port 16, or from a pump 42 through a return port 38. The source 12 includes a large piston 26 driven from the pump 42 during the advance stroke, and a small piston 22 driving fluid to the advance port 46, or receiving fluid returned from the port 16, during the return stroke. Accordingly, the pistons 22 and 32 form a closed system for fluid moving between the cylinder 24 and the cylinder 30. The pistons 22, 26 are connected by a shaft 68 so that relatively low pressure applied to the piston 26 results in high pressure fluid delivered to the advance port 16. Consequently, a low pressure pump 42 can be used to provide high pressure drive via the source 12, or a low pressure return stroke via the return port 38.

Solution: In this cutting method for the laminated sheet 1, the cutting surface of the laminated sheet 1 cut into a rectangular shape is cut and finished. A control system for the cutting is performed by a copying system using a copying mold 3 and a copying roller 4. Preferably, the cutting surfaces of a plurality of laminated sheets 1 are cut together in an overlapped state of the plurality of laminated sheets 1.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide a food dough cutting method and cutting device thereof capable of forming conveyed food dough strips that have nearly identical weight per unit time when dividing band shaped food dough into multiple food dough strips in the conveyance direction, and is further capable of performing the same number of cuts for each food dough strip when cutting each food dough strip along the width direction into food dough pieces having a specified weight. The conveyed food dough is aligned to a position that is displaced by just an alignment displacement amount with respect to a reference position that is based on the installation position of cutting members. The alignment displacement amount is calculated based on the ratio of the width dimension of the food dough and the lengths of food dough pieces that are cut from food dough strips on both sides.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a web processing device, comprising a plurality of pads Pi revolving around a axis X1, a cutter 30 for cutting a continuous web W, and a plurality of anvils Ai for receiving the cutter 30. The pads Pi receive the continuous web W, and the cutter 30 cuts the continuous web W into a cut-off web W2 together with the anvil Ai positioned at a first relative level L1. The pad Pi revolves around the axis X1 while changing an attitude of the pad Pi by turning about a line extending from the first axis toward the pad Pi, thereby carrying the cut-off web W2 while changing an attitude of the cut-off web W2. When the pad Pi changes its attitude, the anvil Ai relatively moves to a second relative level L2 so as not to hinder the pad Pi changing its attitude.

The support frame has one side secured on the rotatable base of a sawing machine for rotating and swinging together with the rotatable base. The sensing head is fixed at the other side of the support frame and actuated to swing by the support frame. The induction plate is disposed at a corresponding location of the sensing head, having its surface provided with a successive signal set made of plural induction members. Thus, the sensing head can always correspond to the induction members and sense the shifting signals of the induction members. The display module is provided with a microchip set to receive signals and collate the signals and then output an angle tilt signal to be shown on a digital display.
