Abstract: A tape applying device includes a plate, front and rear swinging arms pivoted on the plate, a pressing wheel pivoted on each of the swinging arms to make an adhesive tape stick on a box, a connecting rod pivoted to both the front and the rear swing arms, a cutting mechanism interposed between the front and the rear swinging arms to sever the adhesive tape, a first restoring extension spring joined to the connecting rod, and a second restoring extension spring joined to the rear swinging arm; the front swinging arm is co-movable with the rear swinging arm and the connecting rod, and it has no extension spring directly connected thereto therefore the front pressing wheel won't produce such a reacting force as to cause a box to cave in when the box is moved rapidly onto the front pressing wheel for the adhesive tape to stick thereon.

Abstract: A bearing holder (66) having a bearing (67) rotatably supporting a crankshaft (14) is fixed so as to face an opening (11k) of the engine case (11). A gas-liquid separation chamber (83) is formed between a cover member (68) covering the opening (11k) and the bearing holder (66). Therefore, by utilizing the bearing holder (66) as a part of the wall surface of the gas-liquid separation chamber (83), the gas-liquid separation chamber (83) can be partitioned without increasing the number of components and without forming a special wall surface in the engine case (11). Thus, it is possible to reduce the size and weight of the engine case (11), and reduce the cost by simplifying the shape thereof and reducing the number of components. Also, a labyrinth 82 is formed by ribs (66d, 66e, 68a, 68d) projecting from the bearing holder (66) and the cover member (68), and therefore gas-liquid separation can be effectively performed by the labyrinth (82).

The part load method may control the TIT at the design level by controlling one or both of liquid and/or gaseous fluid water over a range from full load to less than 45% load. This extends operation to lower operating loads while providing higher efficiencies and lower operating costs using water, steam and/or CO2 as diluents, than in simple cycle operation.

In such circumstances a machine such as a gas turbine engine in which an actuator is associated will not sustain performance even though there is continued local power supply to the actuator. Abstract: An environment-conservative fuel economizer includes a hollow tubular member and at least one ring member. The tubular member has an internal surface forming a reduced neck section. The ring member is mounted to an end of the tubular member. The ring member forms a plurality of cut-off slits, which defines a plurality of deformable leaves. The neck section of the tubular member forms a flow-accelerating passage, which increases speed of air flow passing therethrough to induce secondary combustion. The leaves are allowed to selectively expand/contract to effect complete combustion and reduce pollution. The fuel economizer is installed between an automobile air filter and engine air-intake tube to use the suction force induce by air intake of cylinder to draw in air so that the mixture density of air and atomized fuel is intensified to effect complete combustion of fuel and enhance instantaneously engine torque and reduce fuel consumption.

Abstract: A hydraulic control device according to the invention is of load-sensing design and serves to actuate a first hydraulic load and a second hydraulic load. Also provided are a first control valve for actuating the first hydraulic load and a second control valve for actuating the second hydraulic load. A first load signal can be measured on the basis of a load pressure with which the first hydraulic load is acted on, and a second load signal can be measured on the basis of a load pressure with which the second hydraulic load is acted on. Pressure medium from a pressure medium source can be supplied in parallel to the first control valve and to the second control valve. A load signal path can, in order to actuate an adjusting element which is assigned to the pressure medium source, be acted on with a highest presently measured load signal. A limiting device allows the second load signal to be limited to a predefined signal limit value.
