    Abstract: The invention relates to a protective garment made of water-tight and air-tight outer cloth formed by superimposing an external layer of a film of polyvinyl chloride and an internal layer of woven cloth, the film and the woven cloth being bonded together. At least one section of the garment is lined internally by a lining made with cloth and including a foam sheet extending in the lining, the cloth of the lining being bonded at least on its periphery to the woven section of the external cloth in bonding zones, the foam sheet being arranged substantially free between the cloth of the lining and the external cloth, the foam sheet being integral with the external cloth and/or with the cloth of the lining at least towards its upper section in order to be held and not fall in the lining. The garment can be a vest, a pair of trousers or an apron.

A second fabric piece (20) is attached externally to the first fabric piece (10), wherein the second fabric piece has a belt-like shape extending in a circumferential direction and covering a substantial portion of the first fabric piece (10) but not covering a central portion of the front part of the first fabric piece.

    Abstract: A disposable sanitary protector for sink basins is provided in the form of a generally rectangular cover with two non-parallel low-tack adhesive strips on the underside, one of each strip being on the underside of the cover near the left and right edges. The non-parallel low-tack adhesive strips increase the probability of engaging the rim of sinks with either a curved or linear shape at the sides of the sink. An optional perforated slit is provided to allow a portal for the faucet assembly to protrude. A second differently sized backup slit is provided in the event the first slit tears. The cover is made of fabric, paper, plastic or a like material.

    Abstract: Convertible furniture in the form of a sleeper sofa is demonstrated without the complex mechanical mechanisms conventionally used. The seat is attached to a slide received within a slide support. A seat extension is affixed to the slide support and as the slide is moved forwardly during the method of conversion, for example to convert from sofa mode into the bed mode, the back pivots to lay on the slide support in horizontal alignment with the seat and seat extension thereby forming an extra wide bed. The seat, back and seat extension create a wide sleeping area, wider than that as would be formed by only the seat and back. A latch mechanism positioned behind the front panel secures the slide and slide support in the sofa mode until manually released.
