In the mounted configuration, the dog will have an unrestricted access to exercise without leaving the confinement provided by the dog kennel. The exercise wheel is freely rotatable from a frame affixed to the kennel wall with a gap between the wheel periphery and the kennel wall being covered by a plastic seal. The circumferential periphery of the exercise wheel is formed of wire mesh to allow waste and debris to pass through.Type: GrantFiled: March 6, 2007Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Assignee: GoPet, LLCInventors: Raymond G. Patent number: 7770540Abstract: A collapsible and scaleable floor to ceiling post forming an exercise and perch system for domestic cats. Using integral platforms (37,44) that function as steps and perching areas (35). The post may be adjusted to different ceiling heights by adding or removing interchangeable sections (41,44) and provides fine adjustment with a telescopic section that is spring biased (28) to limit forces on the ceiling. The step/platforms are rotationally spaced by 120 degrees for an optimal rise to run ratio resulting in climbing comfort, ascend and descend speed, safety, and contemporary appearance. The post has a cross-section that forces step and loft mounting at 120° intervals using multiples of three cross-sectional facets. The assembly provides for a removable scratching area near the bottom of the post and padded perch area nearest the ceiling.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2006Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Assignee: DesignWerks, Inc.Inventor: Eric Lee Halpern

Patent number: 7770542Abstract: An improved squeeze chute includes opposing neck bar assemblies. Each neck bar assembly is mounted to a head door of a cattle chute of the type where the head doors pivot in unison between open and closed positions. Each neck bar assembly may be independently actuated to move the neck bar from a first position close to the head door and separated from the center line of the squeeze chute to a second position spaced away from the squeeze chute and closer to the center line of the squeeze chute.Type: GrantFiled: June 18, 2008Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Inventor: Jon Davis Mollhagen

Patent number: 7770543Abstract: A boiler control method and system. A BFI (bed fuel inventory) value associated with a boiler can be estimated by detecting data from the boiler utilizing an inferential sensor. The bed fuel inventory value can then be stabilized at a particular value utilizing a feedback controller electrically connected to the inferential sensor, in order to optimize the bed fuel inventory value for varying operating conditions of the boiler, thereby permitting a thermal power associated with the boiler to be increased or decreased faster by respectively increasing or decreasing a primary air supply rate associated with the boiler.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2007Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Assignee: Honeywell International Inc.Inventors: Vladimir Havlena, Daniel Pachner

Patent number: 7770546Abstract: Radial impulse engine, pump, and compressor systems are disclosed herein. In one embodiment of the invention, an engine includes a first end wall portion spaced apart from a second end wall portion to at least partially define a combustion chamber therebetween. In this embodiment, the engine further includes a plurality of movable wall portions disposed between the first and second end wall portions. Each movable wall portion includes a cylindrical surface extending at least partially between a distal edge portion and a pivot axis. Upon ignition in the combustion chamber, the distal edge portion of each movable wall portion slides across the cylindrical surface of the adjacent movable wall portion as the movable wall portions pivot outwardly in unison about their respective pivot axes.Type: GrantFiled: December 11, 2007Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Assignee: IRIS Engines, Inc.Inventors: Timber Dick, Corban I.
