Abstract: A pallet (10) of thermoplastic material is provided, as well as a method of making said pallet. The pallet (10) comprises a deck (12), a picture frame (30) spaced below the deck and interconnecting blocks (24,26,28) extending between the deck and the picture frame and the thermoplastic material of which the pallet (10) is made, is reinforced with fibres. The pallet (10) is a unitary moulding and is made by injection moulding in a single step. The method of making the pallet (10) includes compounding the thermoplastic material and fibres and leading the compounded material to an injection unit for injecting it directly into a mould cavity of the injection unit, without a pelletising step.

Abstract: An air infiltration abatement system (300) for a power plant (10) includes a recirculated flue gas source (175), a recirculated flue gas supply line (310) connected to the recirculated flue gas source (175) and a power plant component. The power plant component has a leakage area in fluid communication with the recirculated flue gas supply line (310). The recirculated flue gas source (175) receives a combustion flue gas (75) from an oxygen fired boiler (20) of the power plant (10), and provides the combustion flue gas (75) to the recirculated flue gas supply line (310). The recirculated flue gas supply line (310) supplies the combustion flue gas (75) as a recirculated flue gas (330) to the oxygen fired boiler (20) via the leakage area of the power plant component.

The inflatable hulls have a longitudinal structural member fastened to the top of the inflatable hulls, with a central body of the multihull vessel supported on the longitudinal structural members by forward and stern legs. The forward legs support the forward part of the central body through a ball joint that allows the forward legs to rotate as a unit relative to the central body, and have their lower ends attached to the forward part of the longitudinal members, each through a spring supported ball joint. The stern legs are each rigidly coupled to the central body, with their lower ends connected to the aft part of the longitudinal members to allow rotation about a vertical axis and a transverse axis, but not the longitudinal axis. Abstract: A roller furler assembly for furling a sail where the luff is vertically or diagonally supported by a stay cable. The assembly includes a hollow drive shaft longitudinally aligned around the stay cable adjacent to the luff. A drive mechanism is coupled to the lower end of the drive shaft. Integrally formed or connected to the drive shaft is a torque input device that connects to and re-enforces a portion of a hollow, flexible sail edge device fitted over the middle and upper sections of the drive shaft. The sail edge device includes a longitudinally aligned slot or track that directly connects to a beaded edge attached to the luff. The length of the torque input device is approximately 5%-25% of the stay cable and sufficient so that when the drive shaft is rotated, torque or rotational force is applied directly to the section of the luff located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the torque input device and near the sail's geometric center.
