Abstract: A screwdriver is convenient for changing driver heads. A button is released to drive an arm of the screwdriver in a first position to grasp a fixing portion of the driver head. The button is pressed to drive the arm to rotate from the first position to a second position to deform an elastic member, with the arm releasing the driver head to make the driver head drop out of the handle. Each of the driver head can be easily mounted to the screwdriver, and detached from the screwdriver.

Abstract: A tool assembly includes a body having a receptacle. An adapter includes a shoulder, a head, and a neck interconnecting the head and the shoulder. The head engages with an inner periphery of the receptacle, allowing joint rotation of the adapter and the body. The head is slideably received in the receptacle between first and second positions. A C-clip is received in a retaining groove in the inner periphery of the receptacle. When the head is in the first position, the shoulder is received in the receptacle, the C-clip distends and clamps the shoulder to keep the adapter to be coaxial to the body. When the head is in the second position, the shoulder is outside of the receptacle, the C-clip abuts an outer periphery of the head, and the head is rotatable to a position such that the adapter is at an angle to the body.

Abstract: A drywall anchor installation device comprising, inter alia, a main driver member configured to engage a Philips head screw top, a plunger member configured to engage a Philips head screw top, and a plunger member guiding mechanism including a compression spring and a guide pin. In operation, the main driver member engages a drywall anchor at the Philips head indentation and the plunger member extends inside the axial bore of the anchor until contacting the interior surface of the axial bore or the closed end of the anchor. Once contact is made with the closed end of the anchor, the compression spring of the plunger guiding mechanism is engaged, stabilizing the anchor as the anchor is driven into the wall. Once the anchor is driven into the wall, the plunger member is used to drive the anchor screw without having to adjust the driving device.

Abstract: A fiber cutting device is disclosed having a cutting head with one or more blades disposed across a surface of the cutting head and disposed to rotate about a cutting head axis. An anvil roller is disposed and driven to rotate about an anvil axis and has a surface in momentary contact with each the one or more blades of the cutting head. Fibers are delivered to the device across a feeder. A feed control toggle may be moved to a stop position, where a first end of the feed control toggle presses the plurality of fibers against the feeder to stop motion of the fibers and prevent cutting. Contact with the anvil roller to draw the fibers between the cutting head and the anvil may also be controlled by the feed control toggle. Abstract: In a brush cutter (100), when it is determined based on acceleration information including frequency components, supplied from an acceleration sensor (24) included in the brush cutter (100) that the acceleration shows a peak in a range of frequencies lower than 100 Hz, the flow moves to step S5 to amplify the acceleration peak. In next step S6, the acceleration peak is compared with a threshold. When the result of comparison shows that the acceleration peak is higher than the threshold, the flow moves to step S7 to produce a safety signal. The safety signal is output from the controller (26) to a high voltage generation circuit (30) to stop generation of a high voltage in the high voltage generating circuit (30). In this manner, the acceleration sensor (24) is used to detect any unexpected, sudden danger, while diminishing influence of the acceleration caused by vibration inherent to the own nature of the work apparatus, its intended regular operation and its posture change in regular operation.

Abstract: Liquid and/or particle-shaped impurities are precipitated from a stream of gas, for example, from a stream of gas that originates from a crankcase of an internal combustion engine and is directed to the engine's intake side. The stream of gas is passed through a gas discharge section between two electrodes. The stream of gas is passed between an emission electrode which is formed by electrode tips and an opposing electrode at a distance therefrom. A direct voltage which exceeds the breakdown voltage is applied to the electrodes using a direct current high voltage source, and the current which occurs over the gas discharge section between the electrodes is limited. A stable low energy direct current plasma is formed in the space between the two electrodes. The impurities are electrically charged and attracted to the opposing electrode by means of electrical field forces.

Abstract: A hydrogen gas separation method utilizing PSA process employs a plurality of adsorption towers A, B, C loaded with an adsorbent for separating the hydrogen gas from a hydrogen-containing gas mixture, and a cycle including introducing the gas mixture into the adsorption tower, adsorbing unnecessary gas in the gas mixture by the adsorbent, leading out product gas having high hydrogen concentration from the adsorption tower, desorbing the unnecessary gas from the adsorbent, and leading out desorbed gas containing the unnecessary gas and residual gas in the adsorption tower from the adsorption tower, is repeated. The adsorbent includes an activated carbon-based first adsorbent D located on the upstream side of the flow direction of the gas mixture in the adsorption tower with an filling ratio of 60 to 80%, and a zeolite-based second adsorbent E located on the downstream side of the flow direction with filling ratio of 40 to 20%.

Abstract: An automatic steeping French press style apparatus comprises a housing and a carafe. The housing accommodates the carafe and comprises a motor and selector control for operating the device. The housing also comprises a funnel for directing liquid into the carafe, and a driving mechanism in communication with the motor for automatic control of a filter. The filter mechanism operates by virtue of a lead screw which, when rotating, urges a filter and stabilizer downward through the carafe. The non-circular columnar shape of the carafe prevents the filter and stabilizer from turning with the vertical shaft. An agitator located at the bottom of the vertical shaft is used to stir up sediment prior to filtration.

Abstract: An electric toaster with a toasting carriage which is automatically raised from a toasting position to a first ejection position has a manually-operated mechanism for raising the carriage above the first ejection position to assist in removing smaller items from the toasting carriage. The carriage is slidably supported on an upright rail together with, and moveable independently of, an actuating member, to which a handle is fixed, and a support member urged by a spring to an uppermost position. The actuating member abuts the carriage to move the carriage, the actuating member, and the support member simultaneously, both when the handle is moved downwards towards the toasting position and when the carriage, the actuating member and the support member are released by a hold-down mechanism to return the carriage to the first ejection position.

Abstract: A cheese shredding apparatus has a table top with a rolling platform that uses 2 pairs of beveled wheels. A partitioned hopper for containing blocks of cheese. A pair of cutting grids located at opposite ends of a cutting block. A pair of push cube modules. A motor powers the rolling platform by way of a cam which converts a rotational motion from the motor into a linear motion which actuates the back and fro motion of the rolling platform. The beveled wheels roll on a pair of tracks which are held within the table top frame. The beveled wheels maintain a very precise and accurate tracking motion of the rolling platform as they move back and forth as guided by the tracks.
